Opposition political parties under the aegis of the Coalition of United Political Parties on Tuesday released a list of five Justices of the Court of Appeal who it said had been approved to hear the petition of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar , against the results of the February 23 presidential election. It claimed the list was approved by the President of the Court of Appeal , Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa , “ with the endorsement of the Buhari APC . ” The coalition ’s national spokesman , Imo Ugochinyere , disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja. Ugochinyere listed members of the panel to include Bulkachuwa (presiding judge ) , Justice Abdu Aboki, Justice Peter Ige , Justice J . S . Ikyegh , and Justice S . C . Oseji .
